To motivate you to continue, you could add some weight to it - so the same task is now a bit harder than it previously was. You are currently doing 12 reps and 3 sets of body weight squats, after a while this becomes pretty simple and mundane. To ensure you don't get bored and stop the habit, you need to incrementally make it harder, to motivate you to continue and keep you engaged. There's many takeaways from the book, but in this post I'd like to explore one concept, which although may seem obvious is probably something we should try to recognise when building habits. The book is about habit formation, and how these small changes can ultimately lead to big life changing outcomes. His case was too compelling, I had to give it a read.
